Wikimedia CH’s Care Forward programme has been expanded to include a new focus area. Under the title ‘Green Project’, we are bringing together and linking various topics related to environmental sustainability with the Wiki movement.
One specific project in this area is the datathon that we are organising together with the Climate Alliance’s ‘OK Climate Group’ on 8 November 2025 from 2 to 7 p.m. on the topic of ‘Cartography of Climate Targets’.
This Datathon offers participants the opportunity to jointly explore and analyse the climate strategies of Swiss municipalities. The results will then be integrated into the interactive map of OK Klima, which provides an overview of the goals and measures of the individual municipalities.
